Yes! We practice *flexible meal planning* and believe that meal plans are written in pencil - not pen. We encourage incorporating events and dining out into your meal plan and do not recommend seeing this as a "diet" that you need to stick to exactly. We offer 8 video modules on how to make meal planning work for you during the holidays, on vacation, and during very stressful weeks. You can also attend our monthly group coaching call or send a dietitian a message at any time.

Meal planning is one of the most effective tools we have in helping to improve your relationship with food and decrease disordered eating. This is due to two main reasons:

First, meal planning helps to provide structure and make sure you have enough food available when you are hungry. This prevents you from feeling deprived, which can lead to overeating or binge eating.

Second, including fun foods, or foods that you feel guilty about, in your meal plan helps to "normalize" these foods through giving yourself full permission to eat them.

Meal planning is flexible and can look different for different people. Find a way that works for you that provides structure while giving you enough freedom to tackle the complexities of life.
