We take a non-diet approach and focus on teaching our clients how to reach their goals through simple meal planning using foods they enjoy. Over the past 5+ years we have helped over 1000+ clients and developed hundreds of recipes!
This site is a place for you to find recipes that meet your lifestyle needs with expert Registered Dietitian guidance. Each recipe has been written by a Registered Dietitian and tagged for easy search ability. Find recipes by meal type, preference (i.e. “Dinners in 30 minutes or less”), dietary needs, season, and more!
Meal Planning has never been easier. Simply sign up (or log in) and build out your personalized "Recipe Box" and choose your preferred servings (2/4/6/8) and it will automatically generate a grocery list broken down by category. Then head to the grocery store with the list on your phone! In addition, you will receive continued support through our:

Hi! I’m Brittany – a Registered Dietitian, mom, wife, foodie, and owner of Brittany Jones Nutrition Group. I’ve been working with clients for over 10 years in Greenville, SC – and my biggest takeaway from my career thus far is that restricting anything (carbs/fat/time) and/or counting anything (macros/calories) doesn’t work in the long term. My philosophy has always been one where all foods fit in a healthy lifestyle. I am not about rules, or seeing things as strictly black, or white.
